Slightly OT ..... but am I crazy?

Okay so basically I have been having HORRID nightmares the past couple of weeks, flat where I live getting broke into, waking up in a pool of blood etc now I know lots of people have had these, so I know they are pretty normal.

But now....the gas man was suppose to come to service the boiler and never showed up (there's slight discolouration around the wall and its a very old boiler) so now I'm paranoid abotu carbon monoxide and my last thought before I go to bed is what if I don't wake up? And my DD is by herself? (theres just me and DD at the minute)

I've kept this to myself as I know how stupid it sounds but last night I was so upset and told baby's dad, who basically said I'm stupid, worrying over nothing and need to sort my head out.

But I'm really upset about this maybe its just a fear about being on my own lately? I don't know

xxx

Hi Louise,I dont think that you're stupid to worry. Why dont you pop out and get one of those co2 testers? you can get them from b&q i think,we have one and its just a little flat square thing that has a circle on it that changes colour if it senses carbon monoxide...

ps Im from brum too!!!!

I'm from Walsall/Brownhills, not technically Brum but no one seems to know where Walsall is!

I'm gonna go and have a look I think. Couldn't believe how upset I was last night....Damn hormones

Everyone else obviously just thinks I'm mad
