Worried about my belly button!

Ive got my belly pierced and when i went for my 20 week scan, i had to take the bar out. it was out for well over an hour and bled a bit when i put it back in. now i keep getting this horrible stretching feeling when i move - its really painful. i really dont want to take it out but do you think this would be the best bet? ive got visions of it ripping open and im scaring myself! Ive had it done for ages and never had a single problem with it but now its not looking very healthy

If you can't keep it in and be comfortable with it, I'd take it out

Oach - sounds uncomfy! I'd take it out - sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear.

Don't take it out!! It leaves a terrible long stretched scar! I have mine still in - but you'll have to change the usual sugical steel or gold bar with a pregnancy banana bar which is made of a flexable plastic and u can buy it in different sizes - you can get it online or from any body piercing studio. try that. if it's bleeding then i would definiately get some advice from a piercing expect too. but so keep the pregnancy bar in mind!

If you go to your local Tattooists & ask for a bit of PTFE they should just hand it over no probs or charge you a tiny bit.

Its a flexible plastic that you can cut to size & screw balls onto the ends & it'll move with your bump as you get bigger.

You can also get them off Fleabay but prices can be huge!!!

Ive bought a pregnancy bellybar, its a bit plasticy and feels strange but i will put that in. thought it was too early but guess it depends on how quick your bump grows!

Thank you girls
