Sooooo tired!

Hi ladies I am
soooo tired all the time feel like a zombie! It doesn't help as it doesn't help mood swings lol I cry I get moody for no
reason poor OH has to put up with it abd I have my 8 month old daughter to look after is there anything I can do that will give me more energy ? Xxx

I will do Hun Its so annoying every day I just can't find any energy and usually I have loads and I sleep all the time!!! like today my OH was on
his day off and are little girl has a bad cold and waking up and 2am for the last 2 weeks and poor OH has been so good and getting up with her as I can't Physically wake up as sooo tired and I am taking prenatal vitamins which fo help bit not much, I was thinking maybe more exersise would help? Xxx

What a great OH you have!!!! I was wondering the same thing about the exercise. If I could just get motivated to do it!!lol.

I've been in the same boat, daughter even spent a week waking at 2am . Keeping busy and taking walks and such has been helping me so far.
