Hmmm looks like im heading fo the hospital....UPDATED PG1

Well after seeing my mw this afternoon and being told i might have an infection as they found leukocytes in my urine it looks like i might be taking a trip to the hospital. Im not happy. Ive been have lower tummy pains for the last hour and a bit and they seem to be going into my bottom, which is making me feel like i need to go for a number two. Im hoping its nothing, but my lower tummy is really painfull and im struggling to walk because its so uncomfortable. I hate hospitals...im such a germaphobe but i know its best for baby if i go.

UPDATE:
Thanks for all the replies girls. I hate hospitals, you always wait forever. Anyway cervix is closed,no fluid or blood present. Bp was fine and had some swabs taken to rule out other infections. The doc that saw me said she is sure its just a uti but is doing the bloods to make sure its not my apendix as it hurt more on that side. I can ring for those in the morning but have to wait for the other results until wednesday. At least baby is staying put for now. Thanks for thinking about me and little man.

I would imagine they will be keeping you in atleast overnight? I don't know much about leukocytes but I have been in the hospital 3 times in the last year and I also hate them so hopefully you aren't in there to long and atleast they will be helping ease your pain!

Sorry to hear you're off to the hospital. Leukocytes in your urine is usually a sign of a urine infection. Best to get checked out and do what's best for yours and baby's health. Wishing you lots of luck and 'get out of hospital soon' vibes!
