i was all blocked up last week and the woman in the chemist said all i could have was menthol crystals, you get them from the chemist about £1.50 a put and dissolve a few crystals in hot water and breath it in

actually plain ol' sudafed is fine, that's what they tell you to take. If you need head relief then you can take tylenol. no ibruprofen!

I've suffered from preg. rhinitis since a few weeks in, although doc ok'ed me to take claritan occasionally, he also told me it wouldn't help much.
He was right.
Only thing I find that works is Saline spray.

I'm stopped up too and the only thing I have in my medicine cabinet is sudafed PE which you CAN'T take. So I pouted and tried a benadryl which helped.

Yes, it is safe. I'm a doctor, this was confirmed with other doctors as well as pharmacists and I have taken it myself in the last 2 months due to recurrent colds and a sinusitis!
