I am sure that if you can keep on top of GD (if that is indeed what you have) then there should be no reason why you can't...I don't think. I mean, there isn't anything different about it...except the baby *may* be bigger...but it doesn't necessarily mean that the baby will be bigger. Stamp your feet...sounds like this is really important to you.

It is... I didn't even realise how important until I got faced with a possibility that it might not happen, and I was gutted!

I know hon. I have never had a vag birth. It sucks. And this one won't be either. I would love to have one, but there is just no way. I have a paper-thin uterus, and I have gone for four different opinions on it. I saw a good friend have a home birth...scared the crap out of me, because, like I said earlier, our midwives aren't very well trained here, but it was a beautiful birth, that is for sure. I have also attended my sister's first baby's birth (vag in hospital) which was amazing, and another friend's birth (vag in hospital) and I swear her birth was so freaking perfect. I guess if I can't have one, I can watch other's (that sounds creepy now doesn't it). LOL!

Everything came back normal, except for urine - possible infection, might need antibiotics, but more importantly - no diabetes, measurements higher than average but within normal range = "Resume Midwife Care"

HOME BIRTH HERE I COME!!!
