has anyone had cramps that have lasted a few days? ( im 21 weeks)

i no i always post about cramps , but i always worry its pre term labour but im just too stupid to realise it..!

ive had them since thursday, but they arent constant, there not regular either though there just random, can last anything from 20 mins to 2 hours, mainly in the evening i notice them.... they dont feel any different to the ones ive had throughout the pregnancy (i dont think ) as ive been a cramp sufferer throughout this pregnancy ..... they feel really low, im not even sure if its lower abdomen it could actually be my groin area, there not any stronger, i can walk with them and im feeling baby movement, although it hasnt been as much for the past 2 days, i think hes lying low though and right at the front because of how my bump looks, and i can feel movment at the front.

im also a little constipated

am i panicking over nothing?

Sound like round ligament cramps to me hun! No need to panic- think they're really common between 18-24 weeks which might explain why you've been feeling them a while... Hth, mg xx

I get cramps pretty much every morning, sometimes they can last most of the day. I've had umpteen scans due to allsorts of other problems and all looked fine. I think cramps are normal (if annoying)

You are panicking lovey, this sounds all normal and i have been feeling the exact same. I feel it at night too, i think its when you sit down to relax you are more aware of how you are feeling if you get what i mean. Stop worrying. xx

Sounds like round ligament pains to me...I had them so bad at one point I just laid on the sofa with a hot water bottle as soon as my OH got in. They did pass though. If you are at all worried I would call your midwife to check but sounds normal to me

Sounds perfectly normal, my midwife recommended keeping your fluids up to help.
