I lie on both sides. I figure that your body should look after itself and baby while you're asleep it is a natural thing having a baby after all I'm sure you would know if it was bad for you.
No it's safe don't worry. Sleeping on the right side puts weight on your liver in later pregnancy so they say it's better to sleep on your left side. But it's nothing to concern yourself over. You'll move if it's uncomfortable.
Same as sleeping on your back. When it's not good you'll know because it'll be too uncomfortable.
I can't sleep on one side all night I wake up with cramps in my hips if I do.
I try really hard to sleep on my left, but always seem to end up on my back. I always feel really guilty so will invest in a maternity pillow to see if that helps
