leg cramps


is anyone else suffering from bad leg cramps??? It only seems to be at night but it keeps waking me up night after night. Any ideas how to ease it??

I'm Currently Feeling: 



I had these starting about two weeks ago. Mine have subsided for the most part at this point. You can try eating some bananas (yellow but still with a teenie bit of green. The potassium in them should help and make sure you are drinking water. Both of these are contributing factors to muscle cramps.

what else can I say??? water and bananas!! Im getting them to and yep they keep waking me up. Its more restless legs than the cramps at the moment. very annoying!!!! good luck

i've heard a glass of milk is good 4 leg cramps, also hold ur leg up in the air and tilt ur toes back.

Stretch your leg out with and move your foot up and down.. also try hot water bottles, helps loads

im not far enough gone yet but ive been getting heart burn..so cramp is well on its way! (had it terrible with the other 2, atleast twice a night!)

i also get really bad heartburn when ive drunk a cuppa tea or coffee..so ive been on dilute pop throughout the pregnancy.
