bladder control

Does anyone feel like they do not control their bladder anymore

I have almost been caught short on a number of times

my body just doesnt tell me that I need to go till I really really do

Do you also find that you can be desperate, and you get there, and wonder what all the fuss was about?

I also have to be careful sneezing atm... I'm only 30... I feel 70!

Unfortunetely it doesn't get better if you give birth, the only thing that will help is lots of pelvic floor exercises!

Yep!! I feel like LO controls my bladder now.. Without warning!!! However I'm not giving in to the tena ladies just yet!
