Headaches

I'm suffering with really bad headaches.

I don't normally get many headaches but these are awful. I just feel like I need to lay down and close my eyes and be somewhere dark. I can't do that because I'm at work

So, any tips?!! I was wondering about using '4head' - can I use that in pregnancy? Is it any good?

Sorry to hear your are having headaches

I had REALLY bad headaches in the first trimester - practially everyday they came and more or less at the same time and would last all night. They were awful as I couldn't concentrate on anything. I just drank lots of water and took the odd paracetemol here and there. I did mention it to my midwife but she said they were just a symptom of pregnancy (she checked my bp and it was fine). I still get the odd one now and again but not as many.

I know this isn't much help but I just to let you know they are part of pregnancy and they do ease off

I'm glad to hear i'm not alone, i was going to post something similar today.
I would advise not to use forehead unless you check with your MW or doctor, but if the headaches are unbearable then take some paracetamol, or better yet go home and have a lay down

Hope you start to feel better soon hun, its not much fun being at work with a stinking headache!

Up until about 12 weeks i suffered really bad with headaches, i had one constantly.

They seemed to ease off after that but last night i had the worst one ever although its gone again today.

My MW told me that it could be a sign of dehydration and to make sure i drank lots of water.

Hope you feel better soon.
