Low Amniotic Fluid? ***UPDATED***

Hi eveyone

I'm now 16 +3 and have had quite a problem pregnancy so far...
I bled pretty constantly from 6-13wks then was fine for 3 whole weeks - up until saturday when I woke up at 6am with my pjamas covered in blood, even though the sight of blood is quite common to me this was a very alarming amount so I rang the hospital & was told to go straight through. I was scanned by the registrar on call & LO's heartbeat was picked up but to be honest it was pretty obvious that the registrar doesn't use the scanner often as the pictures were terrible. Thankfully the bleeding had stopped so i was allowed home & told to rest until Monday then go back for another scan (unless the bleeding started again).
I have an angelsounds doppler so managed to reassure myself over the weekend by listening to his heartbeat.
Went back to be scanned properly yesterday & was told that there isn't much fluid around the baby, doctor thinks my membranes might have ruptured? so i have to see my midwife for signs of infection twice a week until i get re-scanned in 2wks time. I'm so worried!

Im tyring to think positive as baby was measuring right size for dates & kidneys/heart seemed to be functioning properly, but i did the worst thing EVER - googled it & read it could mean an increased chance of miscarraige or stillbirth. I feel sick now & really wish i hadn't done this (when will i ever learn?)

Sorry for the depressing post everyone, not sure what response i'm expecting but just needed to tell someone as my husband is refusing to see that anything might be wrong & i feel like im going through this alone.

Thanks for listening, Take care xx

I know some other people on here have low amniotic fluid and are quite far into their pregnancies (30 weeks plus). Don't know if any of them come on anymore though. Hopefully someone with low amniotic fluid could reassure you, lets hope so anyway.

Good luck with your scan I hope everything turns out alright!
