pain when walking HELP :(

When i walk, not like round the house, like from garden gate just up the road not too far and not walking fast just normal, i get stich like pain but a lot n lower down both at the right and left side and is hurts ouch

it can be very painful and i have to stop walking at times and if i was to cough or laugh it makes it worse. me no like it

Anybody else get this or no what it could be?

when i first got pregnant i remember having a little pain lower down at the centre and the midwife said you will cos this baby is you second you having nothing supporting your bladder. maybe this could be causing the pain.

hun I understand although Ive only had pain on my right side lower down sometimes it stops me in my tracks other times its mild if in doubt go and see your midwife

I get a stitch in my side too when walking, often have to slow down or stop for a minute and let it subside

yes I get this to. I think its everything stretching and when you walk your using muscles to. I dont think its anything to worry about but if you are worried speak to doc/mw

I just did a post on this too I ended up goin to a&e as I could physically hardly walk with out serious pain!!! Apparently it's just ligaments stretching i thought it sounded more like pelvic girdle but mw said too early for that! ( I've readva few things on it all said can start from 1st tri!!)

Hi yaaa - might be a water infection? That’s exac tly how mine started!!! Every time I got up or caughed etc I got a shooting pain on my left side!!! Went to the docs got some tablets and im fine now

Can I just make you ladies aware that my SPD started at 6 weeks and was only confirmed buy the GP's assistant at 17 weeks but this is my 3rd baby and had similar pains with my previous daughter.

If you think you might have this please and the pain doesn't subside please go back to your doctor.

This sounds like me and I think it's SPD..can it come and go?
I had it between 11-16weeks and now from about24 weeks its come back with a vengence!
All I get from midwifes/doctors/consultants is that it's too early for that, just ligament pain or I'm not drinking enough water! Bloody health system driving me nuts! If I'm overreacting and this is just ligament pain that hurts so bloody much and reduces me to tears most days, then I'm getting very nervous for labour!!
