When i walk, not like round the house, like from garden gate just up the road not too far and not walking fast just normal, i get stich like pain but a lot n lower down both at the right and left side and is hurts ouch it can be very painful and i have to stop walking at times and if i was to cough or laugh it makes it worse. me no like it

Anybody else get this or no what it could be?

when i first got pregnant i remember having a little pain lower down at the centre and the midwife said you will cos this baby is you second you having nothing supporting your bladder. maybe this could be causing the pain.

hun I understand although Ive only had pain on my right side lower down sometimes it stops me in my tracks other times its mild if in doubt go and see your midwife

I get a stitch in my side too when walking, often have to slow down or stop for a minute and let it subside

yes I get this to. I think its everything stretching and when you walk your using muscles to. I dont think its anything to worry about but if you are worried speak to doc/mw
