Were any of u told u were having a baby boy/girl & then had the opposite?
I have heard of a couple of stories where this happened but it was a few years back now..

It's very common according to a woman working in Mothercare lol. She told me to keep all the reciepts as they've had numerous people come in and have to bring everything back.

I'm hoping mine is right, we'll find out soon!

Really?? It was ur thread in the 3rd trimester that got me thinking about it actually!!

Its just that although we have been told we are having a girl (They said 80% sure) which are both delighted about... I've always had these feelings that its a boy- I still do!!!

Must the pregnancy hormones going a bit crazy!

I thought I was having a boy the whole time. I called her he. When she said it's a girl I made her check 4 times. She said she was 120% sure and I even have a dvd of that scan. I keep watching it over and over and I'm still not 100% convinced. All my dreams are still boy dreams. Ah well, I hope she is a girl everything I've bought (and now washed) is pink!!

Im exactly the same, was told last week it was 99.9% a girl, but im still convinced im having a boy!
My mum was told all the way through that she was having a boy then out popped my sister so god knows what they saw on that scan!! I wasnt going to have a 4d scan but am seriously considering it now so i can be sure!

My mums friend had a scan 4 days before her daughter was born and they told her she was a boy. She had postnatal depression because she didn't believe that she was hers as she was told so soon before that her baby was a boy.

I'm half tempted to get one of those gender testing kits that I have seen mentioned on here...

I don't believe in them gender tests. I think they were actually wrong for some of the girls on here? Not sure who though.

I'm 18
