Hey hun ,

I know that you shouldnt have more than a few portions of tuna a week as it contains small amounts of mecury which can build up in your body, but not sure about cod dont think the mercury level is as high as tuna .....

I think it should be okay in moderation....

I imagine if you steady up on it now your baby will be absolutely fine. I really wouldn't worry at all.

I must have missed this page in all my google searching.
I never read anything anywhere about cod.

All Ive read to avoid is more than one portion of tuna, shark, or swordfish per week.

Ive eaten plenty of cod, haddock and salmon.
Only other thing i did read about fish was to eat one portion of oily fish per week....

I wouldnt worry about it hun.... at the end of the day mothers before us have eaten these things and gone on to have perfectly healthy babies! My mum ate pate and liver because her midwife recommend her to, and we came out fine!!
