Exactly the same without the 'maternity' price markup.

I was going to buy an exercise one (there seem to be diff sizes-so I would get a large one). I used one during my last labour and I fell in love with it - my baby was in an awful position and induction wasnt working (I was told because of her position) soI bounced around the labour ward on this which was fun AND helped relieve the pain of the contractions and within a couple of hours so was in a perfect position and being born!

I was wondering does anyone know if its ok to bounce around on these before labour from about 30 weeks onas this is when I start tp get slight pain in my back and hips and sitting on a birth ball relieved that alot last time?

I brought the white £5 one from argos. It's the best fiver i spent. Whenever i get backache, or cramps i sit on it and it's like having a massage it relaxes all your joints. The white ball goes up to 20 stone.
