Bump sizes!

I am nearly 16 weeks and my bump is still quite small. Looks only like a bit of bloating. I had my ultrasound a week ago and baby is measuring fine - actually a few days ahead of what I had expected.

What are everyone else's bumps like? Is there a 'normal' expected size at this point or does it vary a lot? I know this is a bit of a stupid question, but it is one that I have been thinking about. Also, does your bump suddenly grow - so that one week it could be quite small and then the next it is very noticeable?

I am sure my butt is growing faster than my bump!

My bump was so small until 11 weeks. At 10 weeks my stomac was completely flat, now at 14+ weeks it seems so big, almost too big...

I guess there is no normal size...different babies, different bumps....

All bumps are different. Try having a nosey in the 2nd trimester bump photos you are bound to see some in there!! And yes I think most of us just got really big overnight it is quite strange going to bed one night in pJ's & them not fitting you the next night LOL!

hey sweet, i popped back in from third trimester.
Everyones bump size is so so different. You couldn't even tell i was pregnant until 23 weeks and yes it does just grow, i didn't believe anyone when they said it.
But i went to bed and "pop" i no joke woke up with a bump out of no where.
I am still really small and most girls in second trimester are bigger than me still. But it all depends on your height, how toned you were beforehand etc.

I have worked out in the gym pretty much everyday throughout my pregnancy so am pretty sure that I am still small because of this.

But your bump will come in no time and then you will moan about it being so heavy
Enjoy not having a bump whilst you still can because it gets hard to do stuff like tie your shoes.
Oh and i am with you on the growing butt thing,,,, so annoying my butt and thighs have no problem growing but my bump does xxx

Just added my pics so you can see.

me at 22+6

me 1 day later at 23 weeks

I think it all depends on the woman. I didn't look much different until around 18 weeks. I just looked alittle chubbier until then.

Definately depends on the woman (varies very much) some say they carry small on yoru first bigger on second ... I was bloody massive everyone thought I'd have a big baby but I was carrying alot of water so thats also something else - the amount of water your carrying.

NOTHING to worry about hun.

Blooming hell Charlotte wish I was that size @ 23 weeks!

Here was mine @ 23

I'm getting close to 21 weeks and still dont have a noticeable bump, I just look like I've eaten too much chocolate (there may be some truth in that!!) and have 2 spare tyres now instead of one . I cant wait to start looking pregnant
