Can someone point me in the right direction as i have been coming on here for a while now but am struggling with all the different short hand words is there anywhere i can do a bit of swotting and learn what they mean?

Sad i know but most i can work out then the odd few are well above my head so your help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
