I had to show my nurse where the babies HB's were at my last appt...she was totally way off!! haha..The Doppler I have at home was way better than the one they had at the office, so I would say that not all are equal. Their's looked like a toy. Good luck! I am praying for the best news for you!!

Babies still have tons of space to hide in fingers crossed it's all good and you get to see a beautiful little bouncing baby at your scan

Let us know how it goes. At my 15 week MW appt, the MW found the HB for a few seconds and then Newt swam off! She warned me before she tried that she might not find it. I have a doppler now, and he/ she can be ANYWHERE!

I have my own doppler at home, and sometimes it takes aaaaaages to find HB, and with your appointment being a limited time, then there isn't enough time to have a fiddle around with the doppler....

i sometimes cant find my bubs heartbeat at all and then can find it for like 2 minutes and then its gone again!!!! Good luck xx

Absolutely! I've just been and had a go with my doppler, and heard the HB, which got more distant, so I'm guessing it was my Newt's, and not mine!
