I am just back from swimming (I cant swim so I just float around the pool like a big hippo ) I have to say it does seem to be helping but just to let you know my physio adviced against baths as getting in and out is just doing more damage its trial & error I guess just finding what is right for you!!

I am getting kicked at the top but feel like a squirming (sp!) down at my pelvis that makes me squirm LOL!

How are your pains today Angelica? Have you asked your MW for a referral to physio?

I suffered with this in my pregnancy and still do now, I'm currently unable to walk very far and have to use crutches just to walk from the living room to the front door, dispite my doctor saying this gets better post pregnancy, mine has gotten worse and have to see my physio on the 15th and take it from there

I'm coping but its hard, my husband has to get everything ready that il need for the day for me as I can't do things and hold Jasmine at the same time, luckily I have my mum who helps when needed and looks after Jasmine once a week for us. They told me that it would go after Jas was born but mine has gotten worse (partly my own fault for not resting as much as I should have) but how can you rest with a demanding newborn to look after? Its impossible, I have crutches, a pelvic belt, gym ball and still have to use a wheelchair, I can't get in and out of the car/bath without help which is a pain, some days i'm ok and can walk with the help of the pram but then after a day of doing walking, I will suffer the next day, unforunately I have a very severe form of SPD and would hate for anyone else to have it like this, its painful but I have to get on with things x
