Is anyone else so uncomfortable no matter what position they are sleeping in, or trying to? I toss and turn all night and can't get comfy already. And I'm not even very big. It's horrible!

I get like that.. It really doesn't help that i've got the gerbils in here digging away .. I'm sure baby moves as well as I feel fluttering for about an hour before I get to sleep ..

I'm the same way because I've always slept on my stomach and no other position is quite as comfy; now that I can't sleep on my stomach it takes me forever to get to sleep.

If you keep a pillow between your legs and push it up a bit, it supports your belly and can help you sleep on an angle but still on your tummy. Well, it works for me so I hope it can work for you!
As for sleeping, I wake up every morning at ROUGHLY 5 am, and toss and turn until 8ish. Get bloody tired during the day too, so it turns around and bites me in the ass!

I've also been struggling recently. Also confuses me since I'm not big yet.

It was my hips that were killing me so I tried the pillow between the knees. That worked for a few days now it makes no real difference but it's not every night. Only some nights I'm haunted by pains in my hips. It does help having a pillow under my belly though.

What I've found works is lying on my back at an angle. But staying in that position isn't easy for long.... it depends on how long DH is willing to have my knees on his back/stomach.

I was like this a couple of weeks ago.
I'm ok now though so it might just be a phase. I was terrified I'd be uncomfy for the next 3 months or so!!!!
I would wake up with sore red numb hips.

Since then I've staretd swimming twice a week and I'm not sure if i've built up some strength or if I'm just more tired or if it's entirely unrelated but I sleep much better now - my hip still goes red but not numb!!
I also use a pregnancy pillow, wedged between my legs, ankles and next to my belly. I love it.
