full bladder pain?

Since having my son I've always had pain by my bladder but since being pregnant its got worse. Its when my bladder is full anyone else experienced this is it due to the catheter I had? I had an emergency c section x

hiya, when i have a full bladder (when pregnant) it hurts and i end up with tum cramps i had an epidural and catheter fitted with my 1st birth, i dont know if there is a link. but it could be to do with the added pressure on you bladder too

Yeh I never had it with my first pregnancy but before this 2nd pregnancy had the same problem suppose being pregnant will only make it worse with a baby sat on my bladder! I see your due around the same day as me

i had my 1st almost 6 years ago so ive forgotten alot

Yeh that's good I never had a bump buddy last time or a text buddy not so long for me my little boys only 2 x

i never knew about these forums last time, which was good in away as i went through my last 2 pregancies without a care in the world,

but its good to have other women in the same position to chat with gives OH's ears a rest

Hi Little Lady, I am new to BabyandBump have been looking for answers to my bladder fullness pain for about three months, basically the whole first trimester. I was thought to have a condition called IC, but after a Cystoscope I had they said my bladder looked very health and normal. But I still have this feeling like I gotta pee alll the time, at first it was just frequency, but when it got so bad I had to go to the ER cause I couldn't sleep they have me on something called Pyridium, it's not a cure, but I sleep at night at least. They think it's just he pressure from my little bump... If you are still dealing with this, I suggest you tell your OB to prescribe it to you, it's safe to take 200 MG every 8 hours.
