Sleeping problems.

I know this is common in pregnancy but I didn't have trouble until I was alot bigger last time. I'm getting alot of back pain and join pain. I'm riddled with arthritis and have been for the past 18 years, but it's not caused me alot of problems sleeping.

Can anyone please suggest something. I'm exhausted and I can't nap during the day due to a toddler to tend to and partner works long hours.

I have suffered with back pain since i was nine and my physio always reconmends putting a pillow under your curve in your spine will lying on your back. and if on your side/belly pivit a pillow between you and the materess as then all your muscles are supported. Hope you get a good pain free nights sleep soon xxx
