Indication of long legs?

Was looking at my notes today and I found the measurements from my 20 week scan. The thigh bone is measuring 4 days ahead of everything else.

Is this an indication of long legs/long baby? My son was 22" long and is now in 5-6/6-7 in clothes at 2 1/2. I'm 5ft 11 and my partner is 6 ft 6.

My babies legs were longer than average at the 20wk scan, while the head and abdomen were average and the sonographer commented that she (my baby) has the longest legs of the day and that I had a future model in there! I assumed it meant she would be tall - I'm 5'11"" too.

Sonographer didn't say much to me about it. Said I was measuring a little further on than my dates, but the thigh bone was 4 days on than everything else.

Ohhhh maybe you do hunnie!

Sounds exciting to have a nice tall baby - I'm expecting mine to be short and dumpy just like his/her parents

Uhh, I think it must be normal because me and OH are short but she has quite long legs for her body.
