Yup, I've started getting them. I've got bio oil which I've been using on them but I can actually say I'm not that bothered about them. I never have my tum on show anyway hehe.

Very hormonal today. I don't live near my family, and my in-laws don't really like me (they deny it and my husband denies it, but you can tell) and I'm feeling very alone.

Hi ladies

I'm Sarah, 34 years old, I live in Newcastle but originally from London. I moved here 5 years ago and met hubby through Match.com 4.5 years ago... This is my 3rd pregnancy... but the 1st one to get this far. I have my 20 week scan tomorrow... My ticker is a little out as my dates kept changing and thought I would wait to change it again after 20 week scan. I am due 17th June, which is between my birthday and 2nd wedding anniversary.

I started baby shopping finally, yesterday and am off to John Lewis this afternoon.... I love buying baby stuff but can't believe all the decent clothes are either pink or blue! It won't stop me though

Hope you feel better soon hun,
I know how horrid it is to feel on your own, but soon when you've got your little baby you'll feel sooooo different

Sazzoire I have my scan tomorrow too!! Well I have two, and am feeling a little nervous now!!

Good luck

I'm Lyrah, 19 years old and will be 20 when bubba arrives. Hope you don't mind a younger one joining you all.
Have been with OH for 7 months so far but we've been very close friends for a while.
First bubba expected 29th July - very excited!
Waiting for the birth to find out what team we are on, though I am very tempted to find out - but I have to be strong and say no!

That's all I can think of saying for now, but nice to meet you all.

xxx

awww LG hun, massive hugs...

Have u told your hubby how you feel?
Im forever just having a crying fit on mine, and although he cant do a lot, it makes me feel better to just feel like someone has listened......

best wishes to all with scans, let us know how you got on, and if you did crumble and find out what team you're on!
Im far too impatient, and already complaining that 21 weeks seems to have taken ages, but I had a really strong feeling we were expecting a boy, and two different sonographers have told me its a boy as well so im pretty confident with all the blue we're buying LOL

Lesley - I might invest in some bio oil.... I really dont want to get stretch marks. ive got them on my thighs, and hate them....

I have tried talking to him about it several times, but he just doesn't understand. Even if I cry, it's like he turns off completely. I had a long convo with my mom over the internet last night and that helped a bit.

I know what you mean - I can't believe how much I've been eating, and I'm afraid that after having baby I'll have a really hard time cutting down.

I'm 20 weeks today! And I think I MIGHT have felt baby once on Saturday, but I guess I won't know for sure unless/until it happens again. It was a little twitch, like a mini muscle spasm, in my right side.
