I'm Currently Feeling: 


Sounds same as me, but my head goes fuzzy, I get a wringing in my ear and my face goes really hot. My MW just said I need iron tablets, but I apprently have to go to my GP for them. I collapsed once when pregnant with my son cause it was too bad.

I hope you feel better soon, they're really scary.

Well another reason could be because your blood volume is increasing, causing your blood vessels to dilate which can make you to feel faint.

Thanks everyone... some brilliant explanations and im glad its not just me.. i got some blood tests booked in just to be on the safe side for various levels etc etc... but thanks again... im so at ease a bit more now!!! xxxxxx
