It's official. You work with extremely mean people.

I haven't had that. Ok other than one collegue constantly acting like a school girl around me but no one pays much attention to her anyway.

I honestly thought my cousin and aunt would be cruel because they have certain jealousy issues. But so far my cousin has said "You're getting big nowadays" which I accepted as an attempt at a compliment and on Sunday my aunt saw me. She tapped my tummy and said "The belly's coming on nicely! But you look really good."
So.. yeh. Thankfully they're being kind. The one person I have insulting me is enough to upset me.

I keep getting that all the time !!!! And the other really annoying and slightly upsetting thing that close people are saying is 'Are you sure you lost a twin....'. I am bigger than usual but they don't need to keep pointing it out... plus, I've only gained 4lbs so far.....

People are mean....they convinced me my bump is big too...I posted it in the bumps thread.Please tell me they're wrong! I mean there is a human being in there!!!

I don't get angry though when people said my bump is enormous. I showed at only 4-5 weeks and now i'm just over 5 months , so i"m looking huge now. My OH's friend said "Wow , that's really big" or "your bump looks enormous", but i'm happy with my baby bump. Those comment doesn't bother me at all. Even my OH always calls me "fatty". I just said "I'm a sexy fatty though"
If you are annoyed with people saying that to you. You might need to say something back like ... This is a baby bump not a fat bump ( maybe stare at their bellies when you say so ) -So we are a bit different. This big bump will disappear after the baby is born , what's your excuse? ( I like this )

i think the difference is that they say "YOU'RE enormous or YOU'LL be huge" and not "your BUMP" is huge....ah well, i dont care today. I out on my tightest top and am showing bumpy off proudly. x
