Yep. That's what mine felt like too.

Congrats! Lets hope your baby isn't shy. If I put my hand on my tummy I wont feel anything till I move it

thats definatly baby! I felt it last night too, I have been feeling flutters since 14 weeks, but last night I was lay in bed with my hand on my stomach and I kept feeling what you described like a twitching eye (good way of describing it btw lol) and it carried on for a while, yesterday was the first day I felt the most wriggles and kicks and I am feeling it more and more, its amazing!
