| My best friend has just had a lovely baby Evie, She had some lovely maternity clothes, that she has already said im welcome to, so free.
Also as my best friend she has similar taste in clothes to me! Also online and ebay? My friend also made her own trouser extender in the early stages by looping a hair band through its self on the button hole and the fastening it to the button and just wore loose pretty tops. Luckily with the loose style tops that are still about and the longer styles normal sale items should be ok. | | | | Status: Offline

| Well, my local town (well wolverhampton is a city but anyway) is crap for maternity stuff ive found out today. New look probably had the most in, but a lot i didnt like-ended up buying some black combats though as its more me usually. Marks and spencers have stopped doing mat, peacocks didnt have a mat section, and there isnt a H+M.....so i ended up going to a smaller town and going into the peacocks there-as even though its supposed to be a smaller branch-they do mat. So i brought some cropped trousers (for summer) and vest tops and t shirts for now. Also got new bras from m+s-ive gone up two band sizes and one cup size-that suprised me a bit, even though i knew my existing bras were digging in lol.
Thanks again for all the replies- i will take a look in H+M when i get chance to go the merryhill shopping centre!

I'm Currently Feeling: | I went to Peacocks, not a massive selection but very cheap, i got 3 tops and a pair of jeans which go over the bump and are so comfy, all for 30 quid, bargain! I had been to dorothy perkins previously and bought some clothes and they too are reasonable but you outgrow things so quick. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've bought loads from Peaclocks...I love it! lol I'm tall and the trousers are a great length for me so I don't know how shorter ladies would cope...well, you'd have to take them up!
I went the other day and got some black linen trousers with over bump band for £10, some jersey stretch trousers, again over bump for £16, some vest tops at £4 each and I've also found that they constantly have a sale rail. I checked that out and although no mat wear on there I got some loose fitting tops that look great and will fit me for a good while longer for £2 each! lol
I just love bargains but they are really well made too. I've bought a few things off eBay; M&S long mat jeans but they have the elasticated bits at side where pockets should be and I'm forever pulling them up. Over bump is much better. I don't know about when weather gets warmer though. I'm hoping to live in dresses. | | | | Status: Offline
