Mothercare trousers are too generous in the thigh area I've noticed though. I look like coco the clown in my maternity jeans.

Good luck shopping

I was told H&M and New Look and was quite excited about this as I like their clothes. But when I got there I found the shops in my town don't do maternity wear

In the end I found some lovely comfy clothes from Mother Care (I'm average-plumpish and the clothes are not too baggy)

A very nice lady in M&S helped me find some nice bras - they had a huge range.

Good luck!

Aaww thanks aj2000, i guess theres more choice if you live in london where there are bigger shops. You'd think there'd be more choice for maternity clothes these days, in all areas/towns not just the bigger ones.

I like Dorothy Perkins, but that may be as apart from Zara, I think it's the only shop in Oxford that sells maternitywear!

I took a trip to London to go to Top Shop at Oxford Circus at 10 weeks, cause I have to buy TALL trousers and got a load of trousers. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do them up at all since about 15wks! (All that stuff about buy your original size hasn't worked for me) I would really reccommend their bump bands though, as I am currently wearing my work trousers completely undone and noone can tell. They're only £5 each and you can order online!

GAP have a new range - I got some stuff there a couple of weeks ago. The bands are really comfy as well. Apart from that I must admit to having a hormonal moment in Dorothy P's yesterday and actually cried as I couldn't find a thing to buy!

I got a pair of reallyyy comf pair of jogging pants from New look and linen trousers- the maternity wear are very reasonabley priced.

I bought a couple pairs of jeans from mothercare too- luckily they were on sale - otehrwise they can be quite costly.

H&M have a nice range too- bought a few items there also.

Ive heard that Topshop, Zara and Primark have a maternity range also. Worth having a good look.

Im in need of some black trousers and had trouble finding ones that fit properly- either too tight or too long. I begrudge paying £30 and over for trousers il wear for a few months.

I bought a really nice pair from http://www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/delivery.php

Tell me about it!
Everytime there's a sale on somewhere, they ship out the maternity section!

I end up moaning to DH "Am I expected to walk around naked?" or " Just because I'm pregnant, it doesn't mean I want to walk around in a floral tent!"
Sorry got hormonal again just thinking about it! Arghhhh
