Appts after 21 week scan

Hi girls!

When should I next be seeing someone after my 21 week scan?
I dont feel well informed?!

As far as I know the next time I see someone its at 28 weeks when I have the gulucose test.. but that cant be right?
Even a girl at work (wo comes under a diff health authority to me) said I should def be seeing someone (m/w) in between.....??

Hi Angelica I have a scan at almost 21 weeks and a mw appointment at 22 weeks.
I think you should get a mw appointment before that, it seems like a long time to wait.

I just had my 21 week scan and was told to book a M/W appointment for 25wks. I think that you should be having one every 4 weeks at this stage.

Right just spoke to a midwife- she said I need to book an appt to see:
GP at 24 weeks
m/w at 28 weeks (which is already booked- this is the gulocose screening test)
GP again at 30 weeks

That sounds a bit better doesnt it?

I HATE how every health authority is different.. cant they just standardise it?? GGGRRRR

I have appointments every 4 weeks until 28 weeks and than I start going in every 2 weeks, but I think it varies greatly from location to location as to how often they see you.
