So I'm now 25 weeks pregnant (plus a day!) so in my 26th week of pregnancy.

is this my last week of the second tri or do I wait until i've finished the 27th week and mt ticker says 27 weeks?...it's all so confusing for my pregnancy brain!

I think this is your last.I eneterd the 2nd trimester at 13 weeks 3 days which puts me in my 14th week.You don't have to wait till you hit 27 weeks because even the tickers skip up a box one you eneter the 27th week...
