Glad to hear you're both ok. I can imagine how scary that must've been... how's your chin?! That sounded rather painful.
I think the LO's sense our distress. That's probably why he was a bit quiet.
Yesterday I had a bit of a scare I thought I'd have to have my pug (had her since my 12th birthday) put to sleep. I was really upset and distraught and couldn't feel baby at all. It was only later when we'd gotten back from the vet and everything was fine did I feel LO again. Only after I'd calmed down.
wow snowball, sounds like quite a weekend (I'm just catching up afetr being offline over the weekend).
Hope beano is wriggling today?
Maybe you could your doc to sign you off work? Would you get sick pay?
blimey....brings back memories, i fell at 32 weeks preg with maddy and dislocated my knee and had all the worries/fears/concerns youve had...
im just so glad that you are ok and your little one is still happy...however if you are at all concerned about anything then ring your mifwife straight away and just the reassurance you need and want....
get another sneeky peak at the heart beat and if it makes you feel any better then maybe buy yourown dopppler?
i agree with the work part, ask them to do a risk assesment and possibly change duties or get suspended on full pay...if you leave would you still get maternity pay? Some employers really do take the mickey out of pregnant employees so make sure you make the right decision for you and baby!!
