woke up at 7am today with worst ache on my lower left back ooooouch !! it's going round to the left side of my tummy to..
should i be worried..or have i just slept funny?

Hw weird you should post this! I was just about to post the same thing! I slept on my right side nearly all night and then when I rolled onto my left this morning it was really painful. It's still tender now.

I'm thinking of getting one of those wedge shape pillows to fit under my bump to stop it straining the other side. Maybe look at those?

I think it is normal due to the extra weight of the baby putting a strain on your body.
