What week is it we get given this? I am itching to book my maternity leave!!!

Lol! I'm notto sure I think its nearer 20weeks?? I have my midwife app on Thurs and will be 23 weeks so I'm going to ask her about this as i'm the same as you I want to get my mat leave sorted asap! hehe! x

Request it at your 20week appointment hun, you should get it then.

I got mine at 25 weeks but thats just cos i forgot to request it at 20weeks.

Also dont forget to request the £190 HIPP Grant at 25 weeks.

You can get it anytime after 20 weeks. I had a 16 week apointmnet and then was not seen till 25 weeks so i got mine then

Yeah, you have to request it.

My last midwife appointment was at 16+4 weeks and then obviously had 20 week scan. They didn't mention it at that appointment and I'm not seeing her again until Feb so I've had to phone and chase as I have to hand it into work by the end of the 15th week before the baby is due.

Same as others hun, My mw mentioned it at 16w appointment and said we sould sort it at next appointment which because of 20w scan will be my 24 week appointment xxx

I haven't got another MW appointment intill 2nd of feb and that's my 25 week appointment so I'll get it then

Ive got my 16 week appointment on Thurs so will mention it then as I defo know when I want to leave work!!! lol

But I do think its around week 24 - 25 listening to girls on here.
