I can sympathise with you all. Charlie was born 31st August 2006, the hottest summer on record!

I can remember laying on the sofa in just my knickers with a wet flannel on my boobs to cool me down!!!!

Magicool was my saviour, and Body Shops cooling foot soak and spray.

I can totally relate, our office gets so hot. Yesterday, I was dying and it was a gorgeous day out (not hot, but not cold). I opened the window up behind me and the stupid woman (not my choice of words) next to me kept closing the window. Damn her..... Now, today it's cold again and rainy. The weather can't make up it's mind. I told that stupid woman that she is not going to like me when it gets hot (and I'm usually freezing). I'm glad that I'm due the beginning of July. Hope it hurries and gets here soon.

For those extra hot days, be sure to drink plenty of ice cold water and eat lots of ice cream.

yeah i get hot flushes its all part of the joy of pregnancy! oh and later on in life menopause! so we got it to look forward to and all! lol
