flutters, butterflies, gas bubbles ect

hey girlies, just a quick question, I have been feeling what I think is the baby moving but I wouldnt describe it as any of the above, for me it's more like little spasms, am I being stupid and is this something else or do people describe it as spasms too?! thanks x

Hiya hun,

Everyone is different mine started out as like I was being flicked from the inside and little pops and even thought I have a anterior placenta my lil man must kick extra hard just so I can feel it!!!

I started feeling the flicks at about 16weeks and now at 20 weeks + 2 they feel like proper little kicks somedays.

Mine started off like that, they were more like twitches/spasms than flutters.

Last night I yelled and jumped off the couch because I felt the wierdest twitch like you are describing (muscle spasm). Ended up being baby A moving back over to the left side, because later that night, I heard his heartbeat over there. This morning I have been getting the flicks...i am so excited!!

mine started out as fluttery feelings, but soon turned into what felt like 'popping' which is more of a kick...now theyre stronger pops, and i sometimes jump when she does it while im sitting at my desk at work! Its very strange! People feel different things though hun, but im sure what youre feeling is the LO wriggling and kicking around! x
