Almost finished the nursery!

Yeah, I'm so excited, we've almost finished the nursery! I know it's early but we're both teachers so the summer term is mad with reports etc so we wanted it out the way.

Got my parents over at the weekend to help with putting up the border and still waiting for delivery of the cot and dresser but the rest is done!
We had loads of plastering to do etc so it took ages to get sorted -

Just so excited, I keep standing in their and just smiling!

How's everyone's else's coming along? xx xx

That's cool!

We're definately making progress with ours. It was a store room though. Had so much junk in it. It's now pretty much empty. Including the cupboard etc. Doesn't sound like alot but really it is. LOL we had lots of rubbish in there.

This month is packed with weddings so we wont have much time to carry on but we're buying paint next month to start the decorating so it's perfect timing really. By then it should be completely empty!

we haven't done anything...infact, we're thinking of moving (we just rent) before the baby is born. I've got clothes and stuff though I guess. But no nursery. We're borrowing a cot and a moses basket (will get new mattresses) so I guess we don't need to order them or anything, just collect them.

I'm jealous of you having somewhere set up already!

Haven't even started! Mostly because we have to completely clean out the office and figure out where to put the stuff in the office....not going to be fun!

Can't wait to see pics!!

It is soooo exciting we have only painted the walls and set up the crib but it already looks so good I had to put the mobile on the crib as well just to see it. So pleased with our choices.. Me and DH both just go in there and sit in the rocker look around. I cant wait until she is in the crib though

My nursery room is done. It is already painted, her crib is ready, got her dresser, no trimmings yet, but the foundation is set and ready.

My husband converted the living room which was in the front of my apartment, into the nursery. The living room is now in my old bedroom in the back, which is way larger. It's so beautiful, we have more room in the living room now

We will stay in the nursery with her. He's building a bed wall for us to rest, which is pretty cool. We had to do some sacrificing, but it worked out well.
