4.5 kilo = just under 10 pounds.
By week 17 i'm sure i'd gained 8 kilos. dont worry. my doc doesnt. I'm a standrad size i think. it's mostly all belly. it's what nature is telling me to do.

I really think we should pay little attention to the scales - apart from through curiosity - I find it hilarious how the numbers just keep going up up up!!
Just eat healthily.
These days young women are far too concerned with weight. Staying the same weight wilst pregnant isnt good. If it just so happens to you, as it has toa couple of girls here, then so be it, but it must not be our AIM.
One time to not want to try and stay slim is during pregnancy. Younger girls should remember this.
I heard about one lady's baby who was harmed due to her dieting - baby didnt get enough nutrients. OK, we may take our vitamin tablets, but there's other things we need like protein and fibre and all sorts of bits and bobs that arent in the pills.
We need to eat healthily and be well.
My body isnt mine right now. it's not for me. it's a baby incubator. If baby dictates that I get a bigger bum then so be it! :-)
I'll be eating well and excercising occasionally and letting nature take it's course.
I think we should just remember this - some people might get worried when we are comparing weight.
