*sniff* my sleep is being disturbed :(

It's started Already!

As if trips to the bathroom weren't enough. Since Sunday I've woken up throughout the night with immense aching in my hips.
I've noticed that if I keep a pillow between my knees (Like ALL the info says I should) then it does help but I'm such a restless sleeper that I just kick it away.

Sob sob sob.

Ok I'm done now.

Aw... I sympthise
Thsi works really well, and is soooo comfy, but you may need help... One pillow between your legs, and another one or two, doubled over, and the fold wedged into your back, so that you are leant against them... Hubby has to do the wedging of the ones behind me... The best nights sleep I ever get ( or few hours at least !!)

Ooh I know. I´m sleeping on my left side (like all the advice says), but I keep waking up with a pain in my right side because my pillow has fell from between my legs. And with needing to pee a lot as well. Hope these babies appreciate what we´re going thru, lol!!

I know how you feel Lately I have to have a pillow wedged behind my back, one between my legs, one under my belly and two under my head. I have to keep rearranging them when I get up to go to the bathroom 10 billion times every night and on top of that I wear earplugs and one always falls out (OH snores like a train) and I have to dig through my pile of pillows to find it at least 5x a night.

When I was in my 2nd trimester it wasn't so bad. So I wish I could tell you it gets better but it doesn't

I have found using a long body pillow or a king size pillow works much better than a regular pillow.

Yeh I'm really not looking forward to trying to sleep later on.

I've noticed keeping a pillow between my knees helps alot.
I feel sorry for my DH though. LOL I've becomes quite an aggressive sleeper these days. If I'm not comfortable I punch and elbow him out of the way and all he's trying to do is cuddle LOL
