What do proper kicks feel like? All my fluttery buzzing movements have disappeared for the last few days. Went to the GP on Wednesday and baby's heart rate was fine (145) and fundal height correct. He said not to worry about movements as an indicator of baby health until very late on!

Anyways over the last few days the only feeling I have had is more like pops. Do kicks happen in the same area of your bump as a sort of sporadic poking. I got a poking 3 times in a row in the same spot over a few minutes yesterday and I swear it moved my hand.

I miss feeling baby and hope It's not just gas!

I'd say kicks are how you'd expect them to. like someone poking you from inside.
Or like when you can feela big gurgle about to happen - a big lump of gas moving through a tiny bit of intestine - sort pf pushing and popping though the gap. If that makes sense?!?. they get more clear as time goes on. literlaly like a little creatrure kicking you!! (As it is!)
