Feeling dizzy and fainting?

My morning sickness came back today so i started the day not feeling well.. After i went to the doctors for my normal check up i went to the supermarket. As i was paying for my stuff i felt dizzy and i quickly sat down on the bag holder.. everything went black for a second.. thankfully i was sitting down.. anyone else sometimes get dizzy or feel faint?

Yeah this happens to me if I've been standing up to long or get up to quickly!

I find it helps if I have a sugary drink on me if I know I'm going to be standing for long periods.. I also find it helps if I do sit down when I feel a dizzy spout coming on.

xxxx

I get dizzy at times, not as much as when I was about 14-18 weeks as now, but I still get that feeling every now and again.

I get like that if i don't eat and drink regularly. Since 16 weeks I haven't gone anywhere without a bottle of water and some dried fruit just incase.
