I've found a cure for dry skin!

I've always had really oily skin (on my face lol) but since being pregnant it's completely dried out.. And the problem has gone not from the shiny face but the flaky face (neither one is attractive) lol.

Well anyway's.. Last night before I bed I was going through my skincare collection and throwing to one side all the vitamin A products as I've heard you're not supposed to use it in pregnancy.. And looking at what alternative's I have in the way of moisturisers... Well anyway I couldn't find anything that "tickled my fancy" an I remembered reading in a magazine that Kimberly Walsh uses sudocrem to treat dry skin and blemish's.

I thought when I read it "what a load of old poppycock".. However.. Used it last night as a moisturiser AND IT WORKED!!!! My skin is now neither dry or oily.. Its in the middle!!!... So I'm going to continue using it an hope that this is the product that will bring on my "glow"

Just thought I'd share this in case any of you ladies have the same problem!!

What is it? Because I am having the same problem as you...my skin use to be oily but now it is flaky and dry, my make up looks horrible!

Sudocrem!!!

You don't need alot though otherwise you just look like a snowman!!!!

I think you're in the US aren't you??? In the UK we use sudocrem as a nappy rash cream or for cuts.. It's more of an anti-septic than a moisturiser but hey it worked brilliantly lol. Not sure what the alternative or equivalent would be over there??

Oh, well I'll just look it up, I'm sure we have something equivalent,
but then again, I'm not sure, but I hope so,
my make up doesn't look as smooth, and flaky skins not attractive ): haha.

I'm in the US, I actually bought several tubs of it off of Ebay. Not only does it work well as a moisturizer, applying a bit on my new found acne has worked wonders

Cool another sudocrem fan!!! I've been using sudocrem for years on all sorts, my mum is a big fan so as kids we always got covered in it! My hubby had never heard of it and now he's a convert and I catch him sneaking it all the time!

I carry the dinky one I got in my bounty pack in my hand bag for emergencies!

Oh that's good to know. I have been using Aqueous cream all over my belly and boobs but not sure if can use it on my face so that;s good to know as my face is dry too. Thanks.
