Well i believe i felt baby move for the first time yesterdayit happened twice in the afternoon. It felt like something poking me from the inside or abit like when you get a twich in your muscle but it was in my tummy. Would this be LO? and hoe aften should i be feeling it at this stage?

Also for the past two days i have been getting mild pains like period pains. Is this normal too?

yeah its normal, you can feel from about 16wks, your body is growing and everything is moving round at your stage so pains are expected, if you are worried speak 2 ur mw, enjoy the many kicks to come!! x

I'm also getting the mild menstrual type cramps. Strange they also started a couple of days ago for me.

Feelings cool hey? Almost like a muscle spasm. Quite funny at times.

I feel my baby about maybe twice a day at the most but yesterday I didn't feel anything.

at this stage you dont have to count baby movements - only from 26 wks, just enjoy it when they happen and start to get even stronger. the period pains might be stretching or you may need to drink a bit more water, which is always good for you anyway. congrats!
