I'm Currently Feeling: | How the heck did I ... gain 16 lbs. so far? I eat a little bit more than I did when I wasn't pregnant, I don't have cravings and I rarely eat chips or sweets.
So what the heck is up?
In prior pregnancies, I didn't even gain that much by week 21.
I am just stunned. I suppose this is why I am so friggin' antsy about getting my dating confirmed in 3 weeks. Could I be farther along? UGH!!!!!
If I gained this much already, what the heck am I going to look like at the end?
ETA. Actually, I've gained 17 lbs. LOL |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well you did say you were really small to begin with right? Seems natural to me that you'd put on more weight than someone who wasn't naturally skinny. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | by week 21 or something i'd gained 19 lbs..i was amazed!! I suppose that maybe I do eat sightly more, but only slightly, almost not at all.i can only assume my lack of excercise isnt helping..(So i've staretd wimming once or twice a week)...for the first 3 months I was so tired i lay down a LOT! haha...or that my body is processing everything differently and just keeping hold of weight?!
I dunno...Doc says I shoudlnt worry so I wont.
i guess it's partly baby, partly boobs and ever so slightly bum! hehe I dont think I look huge so i wont worry. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I put on most my weight in the first 12-16 weeks. After that it was gradual. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think if you are tiny you are supposed to put on a lot more weight than others. Can't say why this pregnancy is differenet to your others though! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I gained loads really quickly with my other two pregnancies and I haven't gained anything yet with this one. I think they are all different |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well, if I didn't weight myself at home I'd probably go into a coma at my doctor's appointments every 4 weeks when I get weighed.
I know too that when you get older your normal considered weight is higher whereas when younger it is lower. My weight was considered underweight and I am older so could be that my body is adjusting to it.
I also know that I started showing at 9 weeks whereas my others were much later.
Who knows!
For my size and height I also tend to have bigger babies. My daughter was over 7 lbs. and I was a week late with her. My son was delivered at 38 weeks and was over 8 lbs. at that point. |
