I'm Currently Feeling: | Motorbikes I just have a question, a bit late for me to be asking really...
Is it safe to go on a motorbike (road)? Me and my OH went for a ride yesterday, I got small cramps after the first part, but nothing unusual. My only real problem is a really sore bum! It's seriously bruised. Lol.
So is it ok for me to go on a bike, pretty much up until my belly gets in the way of me holding on? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | i'd imagine it'd be safe....unless you fall off! I heard the other day that motorbikes are 1% of road traffic but 20% of fatal road accidents....doesnt bode well. I wouldnt risk it but then i'm not into bikes. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My dh has banned me from going on the motorbike not that i'd fit on in now anyway. TBH i don't know the real answer to this suppose people see it as too dangerous. I always preferred being on the bike than in the car. Sorry i couldn't be off more help. |

IMO they don't seem able to judge it or don't bother looking. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | As the others have said I'd imagine it's safe as long as your belly isn't in the way of you holding on properly as long as you don't have an accident.

I'm Currently Feeling: | As everyone else has said, I guess its safe as long as you don't have an accident!
My dad and my OH have banned me from going on my Dads bikes and I miss it sooo much. He's just bought a Yamaha I haven't been on yet and I have to wait another two and a half months before I can go on it! Gutted!

| I wouldn't say it's dangerous. Unless, of course, you fall off.
Lol I remember a friend of mine who works with me. She was 7-8 monthe pregnant at the time. She got a lift home with me to wait for her husband because their car was in for repairs. He pitched up on their little off-road.
She got on! And managed to stay on all the way home. I think the most difficult part for her was getting on because she's very short too. | | | | Status: Offline
