does anybody else feel constantly hungry??

i don't know what is going on, but i constantly feel hungry, i can eat and be hungry again straight after, and if i don't eat more it makes me shakey.
I try and fill up on vegetables and fruit, but that obviously isn't good enough because i still get shakey and have to eat something starchy to feel better.

I'm really worried about the amount I am eating and I am going to end up putting on huge amounts of weight if it doesn't stop. But my body just can't function if i don't eat. I know my body so well and have never felt like this before and its only been for the last few days, its worrying me??? xx

Maybe you have hypoglycemia? Although I remember being hungry ALL THE TIME from 25 weeks to about 32 weeks, whatever I would eat, I would still be starving half an hour after. I did put on quite a lot of weight, but that was because I was eating cake, pie + fastfood...

I never felt dizzie or weak though. Maybe talk to your midwife/doctor about it!
Hope you get better

I'm the oposite. I can't eat as much as I expected to want to eat. If that makes sense. I thought I'd be eating abit more than I did pre-pregnancy but at this stage I'm pretty much just feeling like "I'll eat because I have to not because I want to or feel like it."

If you don't feel right see a doctor!

Hm well I kind of feel like that, I eat until I'm full but then need to eat again right after! (Of course I can't fit all this food in my belly at once right0 it's inconvenient but just one of the blessings of pregnancy I'm guessing.

i've just suddenly started feeling very very hungry and eating loads. if i don't i dont end up feeling faint like you do though. although, i do hit a low patch in the morning about half ten and in the afternoon about half three, where if i don't eat something i feel like i'm gonna pass out. it comes on dead fast... i have to carry emergency rations! id ask midwife about it. (I can't type this morning!!)
