I'm Currently Feeling: | yeah i feel like that when u eat fruit it doesnt make that feeling go away so you eat something less health, but i wouldnt worrie if thats wot your body need thats wot u need, dont fight it hun enjoy being able 2 eat it, and your so slim and fit anyway as soon as you give birth it will drop off and because of your job you will lose it anyway, dont worrie |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I find that I want to snack more. Usually during the week I have cereal for breakfast around 9:00, then by 10:30-11:00 I snack on some crackers. At 1:00 I eat lunch and then find myself hungry again at 3:30 (or sooner). I usually eat dinner around 6:00 ish. I do eat foods that I normally don't (like for dinner), but I keep it in moderation (most of the time). My lunches are either weight watchers or lean cuisine meals, salad and a sandwich or soup. So my lunches aren't really bad. It's the weekends that get me because I'm not on a schedule and we have been eating out a lot on the weekends. Most of the time though, whatever I order, I can't finish.
Maybe your body is telling you to eat something other than fruit and veggies (maybe something heavier). Try to get in more protein, it will help you feel fuller longer. They even have Special K protein mixes for water if your on the go (be careful though, it may make you gasy, it does me). Other than that, you are a very fit person and you shouldn't worry too much about weight gain because you work out still and you were thin (still are) to start with. You should have no troubles losing any excess weight. I know you're just like the rest of us and you don't want to gain those extra unwanted pounds. Treat yourself every once in awhile. |

I eat atleast one piece of fruit everyday and that is it. |
