I'm Currently Feeling: 


going to start excercising


I've not really done a lot of excercising during my pregnancy so far. I've not been lazy, but I've not been regularly taking long walks or going to teh gym or anything.
Anyway, as I feel my backside is starting to expand I'm going to start swimming once or twice a week. Well, that's the plan....I might just splash about for half an hour or so. Nothing too energetic!

Bit nervous about how I'll look in a cossie now I've gained 19 lbs but it's got to be done I feel.
Wish me luck! Any tips?

someone told me that baby yoga (as in for pregnant women not the babies LOL) is brilliant! my friend goes and she loves it. I did aqua aerobics when i was carrying both my babies and i really enjoyed it! made me feel less guilty for going home and eating a yard of jaffa cakes!!!!

Hmmm yes I have enquired about the antenatal aqua-aerobics class, but haven't yet got anything to wear to it! - That's my excuse at the moment anyways.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


My tips:
*Be bump proud and stick that belly out. I love showing my bump off in my bikini. (Although i'm not sure if my bump is noticed because people seem to stare at my ever growing boobs more....PERVES)

*Use your bump as a float, its so buoyant that is helps make you weightless when you swim. hee hee.

*Be careful not to become dehydrated and keep a bottle of water next to the pool and keep sipping throughout your swimming session.

*And lastly perfect the art of looking like a WHALE thats what my OH says i look like in the water.

honestly i am not lying - it was christmas time and my friend bought me literally a yard of jaffa cakes. i ate the lot within a couple of days!!! it was nice though! my OH would get the death stare if he even thought about having one!!!
try the aqua aerobics though - it is good especially as you get bigger as the water supports you! my 2 used to kick like mad when i was in the water.

my friend gave me her maternity 2 piece form mothercare. Havent tried it on yet so god knows how huge I'll look!!!

I am starting yoga class in a couple of weeks as feel the same; otherwise I will be set in doing nothing but sitting down as walking too far I can't breath now!

oh good luck! I've just now arranged to go swimming tomorrow with a friend...cripes...best de-fuzz myself and prepare to be a whale.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I do yoga twice a week, and I love it. I am also walking and swimming. I am thinking of calling my old trainer and seeing if I can schedule some short sessions with him, and just do some light arm weights. I really miss my weight training.
